A man-child’s humour.

When my kid ‘gets’ a joke, she thinks she’s invented it, and goes about telling it with great aplomb to everyone, expecting the audience to break out in uproarious laughter & tittering over the original humour and pride & awe for her supersmart intelligence at hearing it for the first time ever.
 
She’s 7.
