On a destructive path: Agnipath.

Just putting this in on record: This will not end well for literally any party involved. Not the army, not the Agniveers, not the politicians, not the economy, not India’s security, not the people of India, not the idea of India. This is horribly ill-conceived and perhaps the biggest mistake we are making since 1947. But then, we’ve made so many that are in contention for that title that we forget how bad this one is. It will eat this nation and society up. This is like adding fuel to the fire already raging across the country. And this is, like almost everything this regime has done, another step towards Fascism. Once again, this will not end well.
