The Gabbar Singh strategy.

Here’s a prediction. These are the various ‘masterstrokes’ you have or will see in the future, and the possible reasons given (not publicly though, because that’ll be too risky, at least initially, but privately and in WhatsApp groups, shakhas, and ‘chintan shivirs‘):

  1. UCC: Fix the Muslims (aka Mullahs, Abduls, Katelas, etc.). [Hot tip: Look up UCC online to see why we didn’t include it when we adopted the Constitution]
  2. NRC: Fix the Muslims v2.0 and NE Indians (aka Chinkis).
  3. Abolish reservations: Fix the Dalits (aka Chamars, Bhangis, Mayawatis, Ambedkarwallahs, STATUS – this last one I heard only this morning).
  4. Expand BSF/BRO mandate: Fix the Punjabis/Sikhs (aka Khalistanis) and Bengalis (aka Bangladeshis).
  5. NEP: Fix the historians and educators (aka Urban Naxals), and the youth (aka JNUwallahs).
  6. Delimitation: Fix the elections/democracy. Also, fix the Madrasis (aka LTTE, terrorists, etc.).
  7. Hindi/Sanskrit imposition: Fix the Madrasis and NE Indians v2.0.
  8. Lateral entry: Fix the executive (aka Doon School/Khan Market/Lutyens gang).
  9. Abolish Collegium: Fix the judiciary (aka…I won’t say anything that would get me arrested for contempt).
  10. Privatise all PSUs: Fix the unions (aka Naxals, Commies, Chinese, anti-nationals, etc.).
  11. Abolish/reduce pensions/Agniveer: Fix the army (aka free liquor and pension people).
  12. CUET and GST: Fix the states and regional parties by taking away rights granted to them as State and Concurrent Subjects.
  13. PM Cares/Electoral Bonds: Fix the national opposition parties (aka Congress/Khangress) and their leaders (aka Raul, barmaid, Nehruddin, etc.).

In the end, seize and keep control of the nation, its assets, its citizens, its treasury, its armed forces, its justice system, its media, and its economy to stay in power for as long as possible, even at the cost of the entire nation. This is like a parasite who’ll, for its survival, consume and kill the host. There’s no end game. There’s no foresight. There’s no vision. The means are the ends. Capture power. Stay in power. No other objective. All ‘masterstroking’ (which is necessary to stay in power) is simply a tool to convince the host that the parasite is beneficial for its system.

For this, though, they need to have a strong economy, because if they have internal unrest, they won’t be able to do any of these. The problem is that most of these things are the very cause of internal unrest and social upheaval. So, what is the solution?

Find and aggravate sectarian issues to polarise society. Get Hindus to fight Muslims. UC to fight SC/ST. Capitalists to fight socialists. Friends to fight friends. Family to fight family. Jains to fight Hindus. Sikhs to fight Dalits. Tamizhians to fight UPites. Men to fight women. Maharashtra to fight Gujarat. Just set off small, but numerous fires all over the place. The size of the fire does not matter. People will add fuel to it by themselves. The number and dispersal matter. The fires must be many and spread across the nation.

Most of us will then remain busy fighting and extinguishing those burning down our homes to worry about other people’s blazing houses and shops. And the RW (in the garb of the BJP) will be able to create a society where there is so much strife that we need a strong party with a strong man at its helm to steer us out of this trouble.

And by a divine stroke of luck, just such a man is not only available, but already in the PM’s chair. Hallelujah! We are saved.

This is the Gabbar Singh strategy of governance.
