Motorcycling is the answer.

If you have never ridden a motorcycle, if you have never experienced the thrum of the engine singing under you, if you’ve never felt the joy of opening your visor on an open road, if you’ve never had the thrill of threading through traffic or riding on slippery roads in the rains or bumping over rough terrain as your wheels skid, your brakes squeal, and your cylinders scream, you’ve missed a great alternative to therapy.

Try it. All you have to lose are the demons you’ll be leaving behind as you open the throttle and watch the speedometer needle climb.

P.S.: Like all things on social media, please take this advice with a pinch of salt. There is no alternative to professional medical help. But even your medically trained & certified therapist might recommend motorcycling as a liberating experience that releases dopamine to make you feel better. Talk to them.
