For the first time, Mamma bear was away from us for a long time (6 days) and she was sorely missed. So, when she returned, we had some surprises planned for her.
The first was a relaxed treatment at Blossom Spa, which we have founded (along with Cafe Blossom) and use purely to service internal customers. So, Mamma was welcomed with a cup of tea, foot & hand creams, a bucket of warm water with salts to soak her feet in, a hand fan for cool breeze, a towel to wipe herself, a scroll with a message that said, ‘RELAX‘, and a personalised envelope with a letter and a gift: a ‘Book of Dreams‘, which consisted of sketches of Mamma as her favourite food, ‘Doughnuts’, as well as small books stuck inside with interesting titles such as ‘Holidays‘, ‘Day Out‘, ‘Fun with Friends‘, and ‘Family Time‘ for her to write about these topics inside them; there was a pen too as part of the package. (By the way, we’ve never seen the inside of a spa, so Baba and Mamma bear wonder where we picked this up from; we’re not telling).
Then, we proceeded to the Jogger’s Park nearby, where we spent time entertaining her with acrobatics on the outdoor gym equipment, playing tag (and hide & seek), and chattering away about what happened in the time when she wasn’t in town.
Later, we invited her to Cafe Blossom, where we cut and tossed a salad for her (after a hedonistic vacation, we think Mamma bear needs to eat healthily, what say?) and played her favourite songs on Alexa.
All in all, a warm welcome, don’t you think?
P.S: Aji got us a surprise too: multicoloured clips, scrunchies, and hair ties. Aren’t we a lucky bear?
