Ran into the memories of a time (from 13 February 2019) when I left without giving her a hug and telling her I love her, and the video that followed which made me drop everything and return home to hug this little bear and give her the bisou-bisou she was owed.
Yes, she is grown up now. But I still can’t leave without bisou-bisou. How long before she starts feeling embarrassed about it and tells me to stop, I wonder. When that happens, Mr.Baba is going to miss it though, Baby bear. Let’s give (and demand) as many bisou-bisous as possible while there is time.
And all of you who are reading this, I have a question to ask: When was the last time you hugged your kid and told her you love her? Whenever it was, even if it was 5 minutes ago, it was too long back. Go right now and do it.
