So, we prepared to ‘Show & Tell’ in our (online) school today. Mamma and Baba made us practice for hours and prepared the chair, and positioned the camera just so and waited. You could cut the excitement in the air with a knife.
Unfortunately, our name wasn’t called, and we are a little too polite to switch on our microphone to interrupt the teacher to demand we be given our turn.
When Baba said, “If you don’t tell the teacher that it is your turn, your friends can’t see you play the guitar!” we answered, “But I do know how to play the guitar. Even if no one can see me play it.”
Touché.
Update: On 16 July, 2 days later, she got her chance. And presented it like the rockstar she is.
