Tough as nails. Game face on.
So, here’s my current favourite picture of little Kym.
It’s just pool dodgeball with friends in school (The Harmony Tree, Sopanbaug, Pune) on a hot summer’s day yesterday. But the intensity on her face, her ready stance, bent at the knees, eyes focussed on the ball thrower, and the mischievous eyes taunting the opposition is what makes me proud to be her father. She’s going to be so much better at life than I ever can hope to be.
So, life, bring it on. We’re ready. And we have our game face on.
